Annoyed i was sold a service plan for thousands of dollars and still pay when i bring my car in. Then I have a message about a warning light and I’m told I have to pay $119 diagnostic fee. Which I refused. I’m never going to buy service plans again and I can’t wait to tell people how Toyota ripped people off.
