Frustrated the car was having a computer problem as we were driving off the lot for the first time. Seems like the undercarriage which had several fasteners should not have fallen off. And when iI brought the car in to fix these (kinda crazy) issues, it seems like 48 hours was excessive.

One thought for Service Dept - I had an appt for a service light on my FPace. I didn't know there was a recall and a sensor part was needed. Turns out the part was known to require a few days to obtain. It would have been nice for the Service Dept to prepare ahead of time for that and have the part arrive by the time I brought my car in. Or to have reached out to me before I drove there for my appt and let me know it'd be a few days for the part to arrive. My service time at jaguar could have been less than one day but instead was 5 days.
