My car was there a week. I thought that was too long. I will never drop it for service without a loaner again. If you buy a $120k car your dealership should have enough loaners for its service customers.

I had specifically asked to check for the battery of the vehicle as it was showing a low battery warning. Although the paper work told me that the battery was charged for 40 mins, the warning still stayed. Eric did not give me logical and satisfactory explanation as to why I still see the warning. Also, the side skirts weren’t cleaned as part of the complimentary cleaning. Disappointed with the service as I have been a valuable customer for last 3 years.

I made an appointment (9:30 AM) in website. I left my car the night before. Received an email at 12 noon that it is being taken care of. Never received an update till the end of the day. At 5:30 when I called, the service shop was shutdown and I left a message in the voicemail. On the 2nd day, I did not receive a call back. I called at 10:30 AM and I was told that it will be ready that day. My expectation when I made a morning appointment is that it will be serviced on the same day. If that is not done, I expected a call. I did not receive it. When I left a voice mail, I expected a call in the morning. I did not receive it. There seems to be no respect for the customers. This is very disappointing is far less than I expect from a Luxury car dealer service.
