A Subaru recall took quite a bit longer than expected from the letter I received from Subaru but shop time is likely under estimated by Subaru. Plus I believe due to the Covid-19 situation the technicians were likely following different procedures.
Otherwise the service personnel were helpful. I saw my car was off the rack and just sitting so I asked one of the technicians walking out of the garage about my vehicle and he said, “That car is not assigned to me” and walked off. He had been talking to a guy in the garage who ended up be the one that was working on my car. I guess technicians are not paid to take initiative and are task oriented (paid by the hour). But I have experienced very helpful technicians at other dealerships-no big thing and I understand.

My appointment was for 11:50am yet car didn’t go in shop til after 1:20pm. I stuck my head in the door and asked if they “forgotten” it, was told shop was behind about 45 minutes.
Would have made arrangements w/ family for pickup had I known the courtesy car wasn’t running due to virus/contamination.
Noticed my car back up front and let the office know I was still waiting. Got a thorough explanation of the bill from her, paid and left. Considering everything,,I am fine with the mechanical service done to auto, not completely satisfied with handling.
