Everyone worked together to get my car reply so I could get home and communicated well with me throughout the 8 hours that I waited for everything to get done. Thank you so much to the wonderful 2 women in the service department who helped. W and the service technicians who worked on my car to complete a big job. I am ver grateful and impressed!

Service has been mediocre at best in the past but today was terrible. I received a phone call my car was ready at 11:30, and that someone would call to arrange my ride back to the dealership. After an hour, no call. I then tried calling repeatedly with nobody answering the phone. It took me calling the administration line and having someone physically walk to service department to have someone call me back to pick me up.

The install quote showed 3 hours labor charges. Seeing it only took 2 or at the most 2.5 hours, we expected the cost to be less. When we questioned, we were told regardless of the time it took, the charge was the same. Not pleased!

When I picked up my car for service that was covered by the warranty, no one came out to show me that it worked or make sure that it worked. They just gave me the keys and I left and well it doesn’t work.
I can play music and make phone calls on bluetooth but now when I plug in my iPhone, it doesn’t even charge my phone and it no longer connects to CarPlay. Please call me ****-****-xxxx to schedule a follow up.

My car is losing oil. I stated that I put 2 quarts of oil in my car last week after 3 months and less than 3000miles driven. The tech stated he wiped oil residue from the valve cover and timing cover and stated there was no oil leak. They didn’t check spark plugs for oil. They stated they ran the car on idle and saw no leak so stated that there was no oil leak. Not the case! Oil in vehicles just doesn’t disappear you are either burning oil or you have an oil leak. I was recommended having an oil change at the end of the month and start and oil consumption test.
I don’t take kindly to being told “your car uses oil”. Yes, I am aware my car uses oil but oil become darker and darker as it is used it doesn’t disappear from the vehicle. There is less than 50k miles on my car and every service has been at this dealership. I have always been very pleased with the service and workmanship. My last two visits have not been less than stellar.
