Will was amazingly helpful! Even though we encountered difficulties with my car that I didn’t foresee, he was accommodating the entire time. It would be hard to think of a Honda employee that better represents your company in customer service than Will. And I have taken my car here quite bit (and all my experiences have been positive— you have a great service staff in general at concord). But Will was exceptionally kind and helpful!

I’m not 100% sure what was wrong with my car. I was given a brief explanation that the technitan left something off or open during the oil change last Tuesday. However, I would like an explanation or statement of exactly what was done to correct the problem for my records. It may be sent to my email at Llast Tuesday during my oil change they also put the wrong oil in my car. I’ve always used synthetic blend oil, but they put regular oil. I told the service rep that I use the blend, but he wasn’t listening. This has happened a few times since I’ve been a customer for the past 22 years. I want to get the blend oil put back in my car.

Came in to have a part replaced that the service tech broke on the last service. I was told it would be a quick drop in and out. I had them also do an oil change while I was there which took a total of close to two hours to do both.

My experience was excellent with the service department however I think Hendrick Honda should have more than the one car wash station. Hendrick Honda and Toyota should be able to use the same wash since they’re both hendrink!

Was best experience I’ve ever had at TheConcord Honda dealership.They did what they said they would do and in a timely manner.I had a minor beef with tire wheel program the dealership has.Dont like it!The shuttle service that the dealership provided was great!Kristen/Cristen was very good!All and all a good experience!
