They couldn't find the problem with the bluetooth
But my son was able to and the bluetooth is now working after seven months of not working properly.
It all had to due with the phone settings.
It had nothing to do with my phone not being compatible.the bluetooth on the car is compatible.

Jeremy was excellent! He had detailed knowledge of my vehicle and it's current conditions/problems (which were unusual). He explained them to me in plain language and prioritized what I should address first and in what urgency. He also mentioned repair options with the pros and cons attached to each of the options. I honestly felt he had my best interest in mind commensurate with the HEALTH of the vehicle. I consider him a trusted voice when it comes to my vehicle's safety, repair and service.
