Within minutes of my call I was scheduled to immediately bring my car in, the issue was isolated and vehicle back in my possession in less than 24 hours. From the individual that first accepted my call and transferred me back to the service area to Daniel who greeted me upon arrival and saw me through to the close out of this service event today was flawless and exceeded my expectations. The lady helping me was so nice and friendly. Waiting room is comfortable and stocked with snacks. Only complaint is , it’s a little unorganized when you pull into the service area. Don’t know if you’re suppose to wait by your car for someone to help you or wonder around and find somebody to help you. Not clear what to do when pulling in. Other that every thing else is great!!!

This was my fourth time back to the dealership in less than eight months for something wrong with my car (a car that is only 2 years old). Truthfully I should've come back earlier in for the latest issue, but due to my last experiences being less than ideal I put off this most recent visit. I came back to the dealership because I know that I am not an expert when it comes to cars, but I feel as though I can confidentially say when something within the car is not functioning the way that it is supposed to. The previous issue that I brought my car in for was related to the battery, and when I tried to advocate that there was another issue causing me to get my third battery in four months, I was told that it was "normal for like this batteries to fail", rather than looking into why a brand new car would need a third battery in a year and a half. Come to find out two months later the new battery that had been installed failed, and your team figured out the issue after I refused to take the car back until it was determined what was the underlying cause. While my knowledge of cars is limited, customer service is something that is not hard to enforce. My experiences as of late at Honda of Concord have left me feeling frustrated and talked down to. Trying to get me to pay for additional services and not being able to make me feel comforted that the original issue I brought my car in to be fixed for is not ok. I can say with confidence that in the future I highly considered if my car desperately needs to come to the shop before bringing it in, simply because I don't want to have to deal with the service department again.
