Jessica was awesome!!! I had some other repairs that popped up during my but wasn’t able to get them repaired she understood that and it was no pressure. She let me know I would definitely need to get them repaired asap but it didn’t have to be done that day. She also gave me a print out of what the repairs would cost so I’m not surprised and I can prepare myself for the cost. I’ll be making an appointment with her in 2 wkd to get the repairs done.

We dropped off our car the night before for a 7:40am appt. we stayed that we had a road trip planned and were told that the car would be finished by 9am. I did not hear anything that morning and tried to call the service department starting at 9:10am. I was on hold for 12 minutes. Every few minutes the call was kicked back to the operator. Each time I was transferred back to service, only to be kicked back out to the operator - for 6 times. I asked the operator if she could walk back to service to see if anyone was working. I finally get through to our service coordinator who says that he wanted to let me know that the tire could not be patched but needed to be replaced - which was the exact conversation we had the night before. They had not even started the work on the car, and tried to upsell with other recommended repairs. I said that our scheduled appt was at 7:40 and if they had any questions, I should have gotten a phone call by 7:50 if there was a question - not after 9am when we needed the car back. This was poor service. In the past, I have been happy with Honda service, but after this, i’m not sure I want to bring my car back, not would I recommend it to others.

Honda service is generally good but I was very disappointed to learn there was a drastic increase to detail car cleaning. Last year it was $99 and now it's $185. Sorry, but not worth it. Price needs to be reconsidered.
