In the first 3 years I was at Goudy Honda more than I cared for and I had many different service associates ( don’t recall their title) and Dennis Palacio was the best advisor I have ever had. I didn’t have an appointment but he got me in and the issue was resolved.

I’ve had pleasant experience with Goudy Honda in the past but today I was particularly unhappy with the service consultant, Ms. Daissy Cabrera. Past representatives were respectful and professional without coming off as trying to sell me services. Ms. Daissy Cabrera’s demeanors were unfriendly, impatient, and not sincerely helpful. It felt like I was talking to a teenage with an attitude. I live in west LA and have gone to Goudy for the oil service for years but after this experience I will look for another dealer.
The girls at the payment services were always friendly and efficient.
