Chi Wing Wilson was incredibly courteous, helpful, and professional. He went far and above to ensure that I received my car in time to get to work on a Saturday. He made sure to keep in touch with me and informed me that the car wash would take 2 hours, giving me the option to opt out of the wash due to time constraints, but offering that I could bring my vehicle back at anytime for a free wash. I was extremely impressed with my second visit with Wilson and highly recommend Honda Goudy because of Wilson. I also appreciated that he took the time to professionally acquaint himself with his customers. Excellent service.

I am completely satisfied with the service provided by Minh Ngo. However, I am not satisfied with the Honda company as far as providing specific parts for my 1993 Honda accord. In this case, tubes and hoses to resolve a power steering fuel leak. As a result, my only option appears to be weekly checking of power steering fluid and adding it as needed. Of course, my preference would be to not have to do this weekly task
