I came in for an oil change and tire rotation at 9 am. Upon arrival I told my service rep that I had an appointment because I had to be at the airport in a few hours and he told me it wouldn't take more than an hour or so. Shortly after, I realized that on my slip, it was marked that I had no appointment. I notified a few people but no one really helped. After my promised time has passed, I wasn't notified of anything new. After two hours of waiting, I asked my rep how much longer it would take and reminded him that he incorrectly fille dout my sheetand that it had been almost an hour over my promised time. He told me that it would only be another fifteen minutes. 45 minutes later my car was ready. I waited nearly three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. No one apologized or offered any kind of help and the women working seemed impatient with me being concerned since I had a flight at 12:35. I ended up missing my flight and leaving the dealership at noon, after paying full price and recieving no apology. Very inconsiderate and will no longer be returning, no matter how much closer it is than other dealerships.
