After several attempts were made to diagnose the issue of the alarm going off and flickering lights on the dash of my 2017 HRV, the issue was finally resolved. I truly appreciate Francisco Gallegos honesty and patience when explaining how the issue was difficult for the technician to diagnose due to him not actually seeing what I was hearing and seeing. Although it took several months to diagnose, it was found that the failure was with the keyless access control unit, which was replaced and thankfully still under warranty. I thank Francisco Gallegos, for his honesty and professionalism.

The service advisor was with another customer when I arrived for my appointment. I did not want to wait and Daniel took care of me. He was great. When I made the initial appointment I indicated that I was interested in buying a CRV and inquired about a loan or rental for an extended test drive—I thought I would receive a inquiry from a salesperson. I’m in sales—that’s what we do. I was told that you do not have CRV available and another car was offered. Frankly, I was stunned at the amount required to service my car and I chose to do the minimum. I have been very loyal to Goudy but Iknow other reliable mechanics who will save me money. Additionally, I was mis-diagnosed for a major repair this year—please check my history (I have the paper printouts). I shared my frustration with today’s event with the service manager and he addressed with the team, but he never came back to me or reached out by phone or email to acknowledge the situation . I will purchase a new Honda in December at another dealer. Why would I reward Goudy, after all of the service dollars I have given you? I have never spent so much of my valuable time with this much feedback, and I am not inclined to share it on Yelp or elseware. Moving on and hope all is well with Daniel and the team going forward.
