David is an example of outstanding customer service. He’s very informative and was very polite. I was advised repairs on my car by prioritization on what needed to get taken care of with urgency. I was also given options for payments on repairs and accommodations for a vehicles while mines was in the shop. The level of excellence in service delivered by David was superb and a batch of fresh air. I have taken my car for service at Goudy and other Honda dealers and I never felt like there was a level of trust with service rep. With others, it seemed like they where just trying to push a sale on me even if it meant lying. Not David, he is an honest worker and Honda should be proud to have a great employee like him. I wish there was more David’s !!! Trust is very important when going to a mechanic and he went above and beyond.
