I found Mike Fogt to be rude and unhelpful. I brought my car in after receiving a letter about a recall. When I handed him the notice he immediately began to treat me as though my business was not as important because the recall service is free. I asked him if they could help me with the small plastic piece that holds the screw in place on the back license plate, for it had broken and my license plate was now hanging crooked, and he refused. He said he simply could not help me since I was not a paying customer. I may not have been paying in that moment but I bought the car at goudy, and paid in full. I was not taken care of, I was not happy, and I will not be returning.
