Rude, condescending, sexist, quite frankly a person who should not be in a service position . He hung up on me when on the phone with me. Rude and condescending to my son who frankly wanted to understand the issue with the car. Instead of friendly, informative and helpful. I will NEVEr return to your service department. This is the second vehicle I purchased through this Honda dealership and I am NEVER returning. I would of really appreciated one of the lovely young women in the service department who has always been helpful and friendly.

I brought my car into Goudy Honda per service appointment on Saturday, November 16. I waited for 30 mins before a service rep saw me. David reviewed the issue and said the car would be ready by 10:30a, or he would advise if longer. So, I waited in their waiting room. By 11:30 I finally decided to call him and ask about the car. I called his direct line twice, with no answer. I decided to walk over to his desk and ask him directly. He finally followed up and spoke to the mechanic regarding my car and then told me it’d be ready in 40 mins. The only positive experience about this apointment was that the service was no charge.
