It was only less than 5 days that I drove away from the lot with my new civic here and I had to come back with a sensor issue. It was really an inconvenience. Plus I got the feeling of you guys blaming me for it. That’s why I am unhappy with u guys . And to top it off I asked politely if I can at least get a car wash for the wait and inconvenience of my day so I can be a little satisfied. And they didn’t even do that. Plus , I noticed some scratches by the gas tank area. That’s so messed up ! Makes regret buying a car here .... they should of at least let me leave satisfy but they didn’t ... I specifically ask the sales lady Tatiana if she can take care of me because she sold me the car a couple days ago . And she didn’t ... I’m left disappointed with Goudy Honda .... smh ! That’s not how u treat a customer that just bought 2 cars from that dealer from sales lady Tatiana

I was there for a scratching sound my passenger side Wheels but technician couldn't hear it. I don't know how he could not hear it. Its just so noticeable it sounds as if my front brake pads where scratching my rotor. So I drove out with the noise still there
