Waiting for a long time. Neil my service advisor keeps trying to sell me what i don’t need. Plus it’s a new car I bought here which in one year now needs a new battery covered under warranty but he tried to say I had changed the battery and it was a different battery. I only bring car here so I said unless they’ve changed it when i brought it then NO!!! I am not happy at all and it sounded as if he was accusing me of bringing car with different battery to have them change it. I was very offended and pissed at that point!! If it wasn’t for my maintenance packet I purchased at sale I would never come back to service my car here. The place has great sales personnel and finance department but vehicle service is so rude and unprofessional!!

I had an appointment at 8:30am and I arrived exactly on time. I did not sit with a representative at 8:37am. My car was not available until 11:30 horrible! Honestly this is the first time I schedule an appointment and walking in is better. I only went for an oil change.
