Went to speak with the advisor....he was not friendly at all and seemed to be bothered that I went to ask about the service of my car. Couldn't even take the time to answer my questions...and, how could one advisor/technician team said I had a leak, but then another team said it was just moisture. He made me feel stupid for double checking that everything was okay in my car and just kept telling me to look at the work order when I go to the cashier.

I left Goudy Honda with my vehicle in worse shape then I brought it. I am extremely dissatisfied at this point. The manager stated he would call me when a field technician was able to come out to attempt to resolve my issue which is my audio display takes over a minute to load up upon a cold start. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and the factory update due to a recall. After that service I have had nothing but issues. I am hoping the issues will be resolved and I will no longer be inconvenienced.
