It was unfortunate that after less than 700 we had a dead battery thanks to Mr Ishii preforming a multi-point inspection it was determined that electrical system was okay and just the battery needed replacement. We purchased this car into October, suggest batteries be checked for fluids as summer heat evaporates fluids and your patrons may suffer similar consequences, gave Mr Ishii my opinion to pass on to Sales dept. They seems to have a bit of an attitude and it seems like they do not either like their job or they need a lesson in customer service. Wilson handled my service appointment with efficiency and courtesy. He explained the initially recommended services, followed up with me and explained additional service recommendations, arranged transportation, and had my car washed. When I had a follow up question regarding a past service experience, the service manger Chris reviewed my service records with me, answered my questions, and addressed my concerns. Even the shuttle driver and cashiers were helpful! I’m quite satisfied with my experience and will continue doing business with Goudy Honda and will say as much should I receive a survey from the manufacturer.
