Very helpful. Went in for an oil change and he called to let me know my car had a minor issue and asked before fixing it. Which is great because I’ve gone to other service departments where they do the service with out asking and then a get a surprise charge. He was great.

The wait was way too long. The TV In the waiting room was playing a terrible channel. There was no one to talk to about changing that channel. Wait must be much shorter. I was losing patience and much of my day has been disrupted. Overall score of a 3 out of 5 experience.
