Goudy Honda Auto Repair Service

While Mike did a great job of getting my car serviced quickly and putting me in a rental my issue was with how I was treated. The woman behind the desk at the cashier had an attitude and almost felt like she could not be bothered with any of my questions or concerns the day I dropped off my car for service. The day I picked up my car I stood In front of Mike for about 10minutes with absolutely no acknowledgment that I was there. I finally said “good morning, will anybody be helping me soon.” Only to get another service guy tell me they are busy with other clients and someone would be with me shortly. I would not have a problem with this but when they are engaging on a full on conversation about thanksgiving dinner and what they did the night before it didn’t make me feel very good. After about 15 minutes of standing in front of Mike I just asked someone else for help which they just pointed me in the direction of the cashier. The same woman that was giving everyone attitude the day I dropped the car was helping me. Again, she was rude, snarky, and had an attitude. The reason I am writing this review is not to tell you how bad your customer service is but instead for their to be an opportunity to fix it. I understand it’s the holiday season and Goudy Honda might have the masses moving through there. Non the less I come to you because because of the exceptionally and professional service.

He was very welcoming, professional and had a nice smile first thing in the morning.

Excellent customer service

I wasn’t treated well by the service advices. I had to relay my complaints to the service manager who was awesome and addressed my concerns. I’ve been a reliable Goudy Honda customer for Nine years now. There are other choices out there.
