I was informed I needed to replace the rack and pinion. I took our car to another family friends dealership and turns out rack and pinion was not leaking at all.
To misdiagnose an expensive replacement for someone who is on a set income as I also mentioned to Daniel is just sickening.
My father also passed away and I informed Daniel of this so he could have updated information with my mothers name.
It very unfortunate that we have been coming to your dealership for many years and every time something is wrong with the servicing department.

Wilson arrived at the door of my vehicle in less then a minute after I pulled in & I invited me to his desk right away. After he wrote up my order, he visited me in the waiting room to see if I had any questions. He got my car completed 40 minute ahead of time. When I got home, I discovered I had a coupon for a reduced rate on my service and he told me to bring it when I come on for service
next time along with the bill I just paid & he would deduct the difference off my new bill.
