1. The service representative did not call me to provide status at the time when vehicle was ready.
2. They did not check my car for the issue, even though the technician did a test drive with me and heard the same noise. I was later told 2 out of 3 odyessey made the same noise therefore the noise is normal. I also told them the noise started after I told the car in for a service around a month ago.
3. When I asked does Honda guarantees the work they do (checking to make sure there is nothing wrong with the car), the service representative raised his voice and they don’t guarantee their service, just like when you buy a pair of tennis shoes. I was shocked that Honda is comparing their reputation with a pair of tennis shoes. My vehicle cost more than $35,000 and it is not a pair of shoes.

went to that dealer to not only know what was the cause of my car not starting but also to solve that problem in my car. Unfortunately, I was attended by a person who does not help me with my problem and only worried about selling me other services with very high prices. I had to drive a few more miles to Sierra Dealer where the service person and the manager understood and solved the problem in a very professional way.

The lug nuts on the front left wheel and rear left wheel were loose when I got my van back. Luckily I discovered it as soon as I got home, otherwise it would have been very dangerous to get on the free way as is.
