Niel was great! My dissatisfaction is based on 2 issues. They did not top off my windshield fluid and Niel took care of it right away and he gave me free oil filter on my next visit. Thw 2nd issue occurred after I left. My tire pressure light went on and i went to my local tire place. Turns out they put Too much air and the tire guy had to release air. He said it was dangerously high. Again Niel was great and there is no way he could have known about the tire pressure and the tire pressure light went on way after i left and in my journey home
