Dealer tried to up sell me on service. No Honda service is $1700. Glad I’m switching to a new brand and not have to deal with Honda anymore.

I was very dissatisfied with my service due to the fact that I had to return 2 times in the same day because the alignment wasn’t done correctly the first time. And what I was told by the tech was that the problem was fixed after he rotated my tires but they were brand new tires so it didn’t make much sense. Based on that, I was charged for an alignment when only a tire rotation was done. Which, again, was unnecessary due to the fact that my tires were bought a month ago.

I have always receive a vehicle report every time I have serviced my car here with out asking. A report was always included when I paid. I went to ask for one and I was told it was left behind on the printer. The service agent returned looking through my paper work and couldn’t find one so he said because I only wanted an oil I did not get one.
