Everything went well. I was expecting that my car would be washed after the service. It’s my first time to own a Honda. In the past, my cars are washed after every service so I was disappointed my car wasn’t washed :(

Excellent service, no appointment but service advisor was able to accept the service request and was done on time as promised. Also was advised on written recommendations for my car to consider the maintenance service.

Service advisor would not listen to my concerns regarding the type of coverage I believed I had on the vehicle. Service advisor was just looking at computer system and would not offer to look further into my concern. He kept saying “we cannot do the ire rotation” over and over.

My car arrived goudy honda running. After change oil no running. I use my charger battery. No turn on the engine. I worry about it.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Mike Fogt. First, he didn't provide me with his contact in case I had questions. So I asked the front desk service if the reps don't provide their contact anymore and she said they did and suggested I go back and ask. I'm using crutches so I had to crutch back to his desk just to have him tell me I didn't need it. He said it's on the invoice and if i give it to him he'd circle it. I had mentioned that was a general number. I asked again if he had a card with his personal line and he said I didn't need it. I've been to Goudy Honda multiple times and haven't had this problem. In the past, Ivan Castro has been excellent. Secondly, my car was ready for 20mins and no one contacted me. I was on the phone with the general number for 15mins back and forth just to find out it had been ready for 20mins. I even texted the number back to check the status and didn't get a reply until later. When I spoke with one of the managers, Carlos (I think was his name), had said that Mike left early so he was even gone before he told me the status of my car or who I should ask for when I would call back. Furthermore, I got transferred to his extention twice before anyone told me he had left. I was told I needed to return my rental by 6pm so I felt more of a time crunch to return and get my car and then was informed that I had 24hours before I needed to return it. Thirdly, my coupon included a tire rotation which was never done, confirmed by your staff, and air pressure was never checked with my oil change which I specifically told Mike that my tires were a bit low on pressure. That's included in the basic oil change so it should've been checked regardless. One of the staff said it was at 26psi and they filled to 35psi. So I had to waste more of my time pulling the car over to wait for them to put air in all 4 tires which should have been checked prior to completion of the job. So no, I did not have a good experience. Thank you, Esther.
