Serviceman (Alex Cota) was very rude and very pushy, he was annoyed because i declined a service that was to pricey ( brake job) he wouldn’t take no for an answer, when I asked about the material of the parts that would be installed, he didn’t know, we have been doing business at this dealership for over 10 years, 3 leases, 1 purchase, never was the service so poor as it was today, my air filter wasn't”t even checked, ( I needed a new one)and neither was my fluids, not to mention that I paid for a tire rotation that I didn’t get, I know this because before going in, I marked the tires & their location. Very dissatisfied, I’m looking to purchase a second car for Xmas but not here anymore!..
