The guy who served me was very rude. First of all, he asked me if I wanted to rotate the tires. I declined because I just replaced two new tires with other tires shop few weeks ago. He started to give me a bad attitude. After the service was done. I discovered that the multi points services was not done and it was supposed to be included in my oil change, and it was always like that for my 4 years maintenance service with you. I pointed out the missing jobs to the cashier and she referred me back to the service consultant. He claimed that no multi points services would be provided because I chose not to rotate the tires. I explained to him that the multi point services came with the oil change no matter the tires were rotated or not. But he was so rude and responded with an answer : "NO". I have been a loyal customer to Goudy Honda for years. I have purchased 2 vehicles fro m you. I am so disappointed with your service team and I think I should not be treated this way.
