My four drum problems were not resolved. Your entire car dealership. Including sales and maintenance staff, the manager said it was normal. So please don't ask me again if I'm satisfied? This is my first Honda, but it is also the last. I will never ask Honda again in my lifetime.

I was not fully informed about the Honda part I was purchasing beforehand. The process of dropping off my car for service felt rushed (e.g. the service consultant, Mike Fogt, would cut me off/speak over me when I spoke) but, before seeing his general character later, I believed, then, that perhaps he was in a rush to expedite service.
At the time of completing the parts transaction, a small flyer regarding its warranty was simply stapled to my receipt with no explanation provided. I had more questions with regards to what other features, if any, accompanied my parts-purchase as I was rushed through the service process during check-in.
In the past, before dropping off my vehicle and/or picking up my car and after service was completed, the service consultant would summarize what services were provided and inform me about the parts/products being purchased, including warranties, etc. The cashier informed me that I could speak with any of the service managers and pointed me in their direction; however, those behind the service desk (though not assisting other customers), did not even ask whether help was needed (one was even on his cell phone).
I finally had to search out Mike Fogt, who was reluctant to answer my questions. I requested an explanation of what my purchase entailed. He dismissively pointed to the flyer in a rude manner suggesting “it’s all there” and since I had already made the purchase, he was no longer obligated to provide a full explanation of what the part and its details, including terms of the purchase, were.
The friendliness and professionalism of the cashier department far exceeded that of the service department reps, e.g. Mike Fogt, who demonstrated not only poor customer service skills but an overall bad disposition and horrible manners. It reflected poorly upon Goudy, which, based upon this experience, I would only again consider for service with great hesitation. However, I am also aware that Fogt is relatively new to Goudy (1 year) and will not let his behavior taint the reputation of the whole.
