I dropped off my car Friday night for service at 7 a.m. this past Saturday. Omar called me around 8 informing me that it would take about four hours and to expect a call around 12 noon. He didn't get back to me until the 3 hour. Though I can understand delays, a courtesy call at about 12 would have been greatly appreciated. Also the fact that he called me at 8 when my appointment was at 7 makes me question or priority in my car was at. Then when I went to pick up my car at about 15 minutes before closing, the two girls who are at the counter did not even look up to greet me. Instead, they kind of looked at each other to figure out who's going to be the one to have to help me. The **** my left had a stack of papers that she was sorting, and she looked to the **** my right and said something to the effect of if you sort these papers I will help her. After a few more seconds of uncomfortable looking, the **** my left ended up helping me. I have brought my car's to be serviced too many times before, and this type of service seems to be the norm. Behind the counter I neither like nor knowledgeable. If this dealership wasn't within walking distance to my house, I would definitely go somewhere else, where my patronage feels appreciated. I hate the feeling of bothering anyone.

Dennis provides excellent customer service. He is very courteous and respectful towards customers. He takes his time to explain in detail the current issues which need to be addressed as priority. He goes out of his way to provide documentation for his responses to questions raised.

Dennis exemplifies outstanding customer service and highest level of professionalism. He should be recognized as a prime model among his peers.

I was completely satisfied with Mr Yu, however I forgot my cell phone in my car and went back to the service desk, Wilson wasn't there so I approached another service writer who on computer at time, I had my hand on desk where he was, he COMPLETELY IGNORED ME, didn't acknowledge me at all. I find that extremely rude. If he would have told me to "Piss Off" at least that would have been something, but I didn't even get that

Daniel was great. He didn't try to pressure me into any additional services. Car was ready at exactly the quoted time. Couldn't be happier.
