I just have one complaint. We needed to be picked up for our vehicle because it was done. When I called at first i couldn't get a hold of guy who helped us. So i called service desk so we could get picked up it took 1 hour 45 mins to pick up us from target down the street. The man who helped me told me to be patient and they would come. I had my 2 kids with me and i just had a c section 6 weeks ago otherwise i would of walked back. When I we got picked up I asked driver if he had alot of drops offs or pick ups he said no we were his only ones. So someone want doing what they needed to do. I love honda but I felt very neglected and I dont think I could trust this advisor again.
But service was great on car and girls who took care of us when we drove up were very friendly.

Service was HORRIBLE!!! Your service associate and his Manager were the worst!! My car was worst than when I brought it in. Here are the specifics. In December 2019 my car just stopped while making a left turn. I brought it to Goudy. They told me that there was one problem. They fixed it and charged me. In January 20/0 the same thing happened again. They said it was something else and wanted to charge me again!! Also, my window would not roll up all the way, but it would roll up. When I picked up my car, they took out the window and left it on the back seat, without telling me anything!! Goudy Honda is the worst. I am going to complain as many places that is possible!!
