I waited for 4 hours for a recall fix that was supposed to take 1-2 hours long. I waited for my name to be called over the speakers or to receive a text/call. I never received any and waited believing the car was being fixed only to find it was done within the hour. Extremely upset as in other dealers I get notifications.

Honestly,
I felt the cost was a bit to High. Unfortunately I had no other option during that time. Until afterwards I found someone that would have done for Less with the quality of work. Also when I entered my vehicle I noticed afterwards a stain on the seat and Foul Oder inside the vehicle. Now I have to go wash the vehicle and pay to have the stain removed.

There was so many unprofessional things that happened within this experience. I want to believe the associate had his best intentions for me. Although every time I service my car I continue to get a sour taste in my mouth. I’ve owned several type of cars and I want to say that Gouda Honda by far has been the worst service in terms of experience. Example, last time they told me I had a nail in my tire which I decided to take elsewhere to get fixed. Only to be told it wasn’t a nail and made me have an impression that I was trying to get taken advantage of.
