Frank was very plesant and professional. Excellent in communication. He informed me when to expect the service be completed. He informed me when the vehicle is available ahead of schedule. I also want to acknowledge and thanks the mechanic and the service crew behind the scene supporting Frank. Awesome ???? team. This is what keep on bringing me back to Goudy Honda's service dept. And it was one of the reason I bought my HR-V from Goudy I stead of other dealers.

A customer service man had me standing next to his desk and asked me to wait. When my car got pulled in by the technician, he said he had been off an hour ago and couldn't help me. The he simply just stood up and walked away without anything. The technicians were all very nice and helpful. But the customer service desk was definitely awful.

The service advisor, Dennis M Palacio, was rude and obnoxious. When I inquired about my car warranty issue, he accused me of trying to take advantage of getting my car fixed for free when I had already paid for the service and just simply want to have my car problem looked at which he admitted was covered under warranty. Only after I mentioned to him about the warranty did he stop patronizing me and said he would look into it. He offered to give me two free oil changes but I rather not go back. I always went to Gouda Honda for my services but after this treatment I will not be returning. Please do not contact me any further.
