Complimentary car wash was not offered to me, shuttle service was not set up for me like before. Not totally satisfied. Common sense when you replace a new battery, everything was lost, no radio, no iPhone connection. But the car was returned to me without mentioning a word about it. I have to take the car back to the shop and request service. This is not acceptable.

The man mentioned I was wasting his workers time for something I purchased with the car. I bought the oil change and the inspection and fails to tell me he didn’t include the inspection. I am paying for a full service and said it was a waste of time.

Let me say this... I typically go to the Honda in Downey (Honda World i believe) for all my service. This time around i chose the one in Alhambra because i was going to be closer to this dealership today. After today, i will keep coming back to this Alhambra one. Jose is a great man. In the 6-7 times i had been to Downey i had never received the type of service i received today. Jose maintained good communication during the entire process. He helped me understand everything both good and “bad” with the car. Most of all, he seemed sincere. I felt comfortable leaving me car there. I believe Jose’s desk had a plaque that read “15 years of service” , i can definitely see why. Will be back !

Dennis is amazingly professional and very pleasant to deal with. My complaint is with Honda corporate, regarding case # 10188102 I have left multiple messages with Stephanie the case manager who was Assigned my case. A week has passed and she has not replied to any of my Voicemails.

Dennis was horrible!! I leased my car there and have had 2 services. Same problem both times. Once my lease is up I'm turning my car in and going else where, I will also go to a different honda dealership for service. I've never been this disappoint with a car dealership. Dennis said and I quote, " good go somewhere else we dont need your kind here." Both cashiers heard it!! He continued to yell and was extremely argumentative!! I work for the city of Alhambra, and I'm in a customer service based position and I never treat people the way he did today! I'm not a mean person but he was beyond rude and I dont deserve to be treated that way from a customer service coordinator!! I made an appointment, told the nice lady on the phone, I have an email special for an oil change for $78.88. Scheduled a time for 7:00am. I told her it would be an early drop off. I start work at 6am. She said that would be fine. I filled out the envelope with the information requested on it and gave my keys to an employee..dennis charged me $95 and said since I didnt write the $78.88 on the envelope he didnt know to charge me less. He said I would have to wait a 1/2hr. until he could change it. He literally yelled at me when i started to get upset. I said i told the lady when i made the appointment about the special! He didnt want to hear anything about it. I paid the $95 and left super pissed off..COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Todd S

Great service advisor. Informative, answers any concerns I may have and is professional and polite. I trust my 5 Honda products with Dane Ishii and Goudy service. He is the main reason I buy from Goudy. I know Wondries Toyota is across the street....
