When I received my car, everything was ok. But when I drove on the freeway, the signage of the tires turned on. I went to put air on all of my tires which all of them needed air, there were all less than 30, which the tires should be on 33. I don't understand how this happened?

Yes, I was completely satisfied with Chi Wing Wilson Yu as always with his excellent service. However, because he was out to lunch at the time I arrived and when I already reached the front of the line, I was asked by another servce advisor named Dennis to make a U-turn and go back to the end of the line. He said Wilson would arrive in 40 mins. So, I did. When I reached the front of the line again, he said to maka another U-turn and back to the end of the line. At this point, Wilson had not arrived from lunch and Dennis told me to move my car and back to the end of the line again. At this time, I was ticked off. He said this time he didn't know if Wilson was out to lunch or probably already gone home. Then, I asked whoever was available at that point, since I was already the next customer to be serviced, would have been fine. Dennis was very, very rude and insisted that I move my car, and I said I shouldn't go back again at the end of the line. I asked for the manager. He said it wasn't his job to go get the manager and still insisted that I move my car and back to the end of the line. I said I wasn't moving my car. He said if I din't move it, he was going to disable it. He said to move my car, then talk to the manager. At this point, he got me mad and said he was going to disable my car if I didn't move it. I walked out and headed to the office to talk to the manager and he disabled my car. Dennis should be reprimanded as an employee for very, very bad customer service. I ask that he not ever touch my car again. He made very poor judgment and didn't offer an alternative to the solution other than to satisfy his own ego. It was the very worse customer service I ever had anywhere from a car dealer. I hope my comments to this survey reaches all the way to the upper management. Thank you for allowing me to write my comments.
