I brought a coupon for a A1-B1 Service Special. The Technician checked my front and back brakes, tires, filters, interior lights, drive shaft boots, fluid levels and etc. After I paid, the Cashier gave me a multi-point inspection checklist.

I felt there was lack of communication when my car was done being washed. No one overhead paged me or texted me. I had to go to the cashier to find out. And when I got a text and it said to use text to send messages. I sent TWO texts if my car was ready and I got no response. I waited 2.15 hours. That’s my only gripe, was poor communication. I got a Voicemail saying my car would be ready in 15-20 min, it was just being washed . It was 45 minutes later, my car was ready.
