I waited 2.5 hours for my car. I was suggested to repair items that did not need repair and in fact had been repaired by the previous authorized Honda dealership. Upon receiving my car it was literally filthy. I asked for a very basic wash. I don’t believe they even used soap. Terrible. I will never return.

I am over the moon happy with all of the great customer service your employees show for the customers. Plus everyone smiles and laughs. I am a retired recruiter and when I would go visit new clients and is the employees were not smiling that was a red flag. My sister has always had a Honda for over 40 years and when i6told her I was going to buy a new car she said hands down you have to buy a Honda. They are the BEST!!! She is right!!!!

After the initial attendant came to my window to place a number on the windshield, no one came to engage with me to offer any customer service.
Everyone seemed preoccupied with conversating with co-workers or viewing the computer screen. Lastly, no one said "thank you" not even in the cashier's office after paying my bill. Very sad experience.
