We were never given alternatives for our “massive” repairs. We also missed the fact that our battery was in “poor” condition and now we’re back with our van with battery/alternator problems. A more customer focused approach should be taken instead of listing all the money you intend on making. I take my car to a dealership so that I can trust the repairs being proposed, but when things like this happen it makes me seriously consider the local mechanic approach.
