I asked for my car to be washed and it was dirty. They did not wash the roof of my SUV, it was dusty. This is the second time they return my car dirty. Other than that, it was great.

I am extremely happy to have Daissy as the service rep for my car. However, I am disappointed that with my car's start problem, it was not replicated again for the 3rd time at the dealership when it had just caused me trouble with the starting the car just a few hours before after driving 20 miles. Ms. Daissy was excellent however, but the car, and only 76k miles it so, I can't agree with it. Manager Chris did also help me and tried to start the car before my picking it up as well, and no problems with the start button. I am disappointed that I may have to go again to the dealership when it happens again next time.
