Great service but one concern, I was told my vehicle would be ready within an hour and a half from when u got there but it took almost 3 hours instead, my appointment was at 10 got there 10-20 mins early and was told I would be out by 11:30. But I didn’t leave till almost 1pm. Great customer service but timing could be more efficient.

Omar was great and has always been very helpful. I am unsatisfied with the service manager Chris and his lack of follow up after a month ago I reported an issue with my entertainment center after my vehicle was serviced for a recall. I had not received an email text or call regarding any follow up for a fix or assignment of a field tech. I had to go in person for the 4th time to make my case and hope this issue gets resolved. The manager Chris has been aware of this issue for a month and today because I went in person is the first time I got any sense of a field tech being notified. I have no estimate of time frame or any other information.
My vehicle was bought serviced and updated for recall at Goudy Honda Alhambra. I had no issues with my vehicle until after my recall service date. Since then I have had nothing but issues with my vehicles entertainment center and have had this issues for going on a month. I would appreciate contact by someone other than the service manager Chris that I have lost faith in after terrible customer service. My name is Eric O

Though helpful most of the time, the attendant on occasion spoke to me in a more cutting, sarcastic and biting tone. At one point telling me over the phone, “There are no guarantees in life.” When I mentioned there is no guarantee that the issue I had with my car wouldn’t happen again next week or month (as I was inquiring about the Sensor and brackets that needed repair). So was I Satisfied? With the repairs; yes. With the customer service; not so much.

Every single time, I go to goudy since the day I bought the car has been such a mess. I'm never in the system well at least the warranty. They say I'm not covered which I am. Then this last time they took 2 hours for a oil change. I mean a oil change with an appointment! Then they say my battery failed test which I bought a brand new battery from YOU GUYS 23 months ago and it's dead. I mean seriously? I tell him that I got it and it didn't show until after he kept looking. Then he says it will take 15 mins, it took another hour for a battery change? This place is so ridiculous. I love my car but absolutely will NEVEE buy a car from you guys again.
