Goudy Honda service center is always the best. The manager and all of the service crew have helped me a lot over the last 23 years. I have had multiple Honda Civics, all from Goudy. I have tried on occasion to go to a closer Honda service location, but it never works out well. Goudy is the very best!

Initial commitment to running diagnostics on vehicle within 3 hours was not met. It took about 4 and half hours to be completed but only after I called after the fourth hour to inquire on the status of the diagnostics. Once that was completed everything else was completed as promised.
