I appreciate the fact that Chastity attempted to accommodate me and what I had to pay to replace my tire. She initially said there would be no prorated price for the tire, but came back later and retracted that statement. To me that told me that she put my need first, and I appreciate her effort to accommodate me as a customer.

Based on your recommendation to change the non-functioning brake lights, my husband bought and installed them from a retail store. However, the new light bulbs were not functioning. When he put the old ones back on, we tested them and they still worked. The Goudy technician should have tested to see if the light bulbs were loose.
