It is truly a wonderful thing to experience excellent customer service consistently. And, once again, Chastity Torres went above and beyond in providing superior assistance in addressing various issues with our car.
Chastity is first a professional; she is consistently polite, attentive, and respectful. I appreciate her listening skills throughout the entire process of assessing, working on, and – importantly – producing quality results.
On top of all this, Chastity is reasonable in helping us find the best financial solutions. I feel like her objective is truly providing quality customer service. During our last service visit, our car issues took all day and ultimately had to stay overnight, so Chastity arranged for transportation for me to and from home the following day. Chastity works hard at what she does, and I greatly appreciate her, her time, her talent, and all her efforts.

Please do not falsify results. Service advisor LR dismisses and accepts incorrect reports when confronted. Mail was received urging immediate action due to this. Also, LR immediately tried to upsell on unnecessary items when my purpose of visit was clearly and promptly stated.
***Very disappointed in service advisor LR and their technician as this seems like a profiling plot.***

Omar was a cool guy and help with my oil change. I just wish that the service rep that helped make my appointment with should of told me that they could not look at a noise that my driver front tire is making, almost like an axle because since I bought it at Honda of LA I would have to go there since it’s a 50 mile radius and I still have warranty. If I would have known I would have went there instead to do everything there. I went to you guys because I live in Rosemead.
