Leonardo Orozco was very helpful and nice. He was comfortable to be around and made me comfortable that my car was going to be taken care of. He also made sure to answer my questions in full detail. He wasn’t confusing and he wasn’t rushing us. He was very helpful and detailed with his answers.

I've been a customer at goudy honda for over 20 years. I recently went to get my oil changed and every time I have gone I ask if goudy does price match on oil changes. Well this time I asked and the advisor told me no they don't unless its directly from honda. I showed him the email and he stated no because it was possibly spam email. I advised that all other times I get the price match. What is the policy for price matching or is there a policy or is it up to the service advisor. Im getting mixed answers and inconsistencies from every service advisor that has helped me in the past.

Goudy Honda it’s my favorite dealership, they have great employees with great customer service except this service advisor.You need to get better service advisor than the one I was dealing with,he has NO CLUE at all about anything call service or car. It’s really shame hiring someone as a service advisor who doesn’t know what he is talking about or very basic things.
