Goudy Honda it’s my favorite dealership, they have great employees with great customer service except this service advisor.You need to get better service advisor than the one I was dealing with,he has NO CLUE at all about anything call service or car. It’s really shame hiring someone as a service advisor who doesn’t know what he is talking about or very basic things.

I am really impressed with Chastity and found her to be a delightful and efficient part of a difficult day. She is very caring and reassuring.
(I became a Honda owner 15 years ago and this is my second new CRV—having bought one in 2010 and my current one in 2016. I had not purchased a new vehicle since 1968. In my only two visits to the Goudy Sales Dept I was very dissatisfied with the service and so I purchased and have had my regular service done at a dealer very far away from my home which although I live just minutes away from Goudy.)
