He was fast, detailed, and efficient, check to see right away. If the part can be taken care of, came back with the cost of the parts, explain, explain everything to me, made the appointment! Everything was fast and furious. I’m very pleased very happy and he was very patient with my redundant questions. I have no problems going back to him if I need anything. In fact, I was going to ask him when I go back next week but since you sent me the text, I thought I’d ask you. I also asked him other questions and he gave me adequate answers and didn’t beat around the bush. I wouldn’t mind going to him on a more regular basis, cause I feel confident that he would be not only expeditious, but do what he can with whatever situation.

I discussed my dissatisfaction with Chris, the service manager when I picked up my car. I am not satisfied with being told all the issues I reported were due to battery drainage when the battery had just been replaced mid-June. When asked if the EVAP system and valves were inspected was told I don’t drive my car enough to have it fill to the full potential.

Scheduled service appointment for part replacement discussed part and Honda care coverage waited over 7hours for service I contacted service department at 3 pm to be informed part was out of stock and needed to be ordered as I returned and picked up my vehicle was informed parts were not covered under Honda care which was very frustrating upon my scheduled appointment I was informed parts were indeed covered paying for extended coverage on my vehicle to later be informed most repairs are not covered horrible service and sales!!!!!
