I'm sure the two recalls for my HRV and transmission fluid change were all done professionally and properly.
I discovered two quarter inch paint chips at the same spot on both side of the front door just ahead of the door handles at the widest part of the vehicle. I always CAREFULLY looked over the whole car before the service and couldn't have missed something so immediately noticeable.
Today, I spent $21.86 on touch-up paint at your dealer and was not happy at all about the carelessness!
