I was not satisfied with the service I received from Daniel on my Thursday 8/14/25 appt. The appt started by confirming whose name the car is under & contact phone number then Daniel proceeded to ask the reason for visit or issue of the car. I began to tell Daniel that I just got my car last wk on 8/4/25 (Monday evening) & by Tuesday morning a Service warning sign & tire logo appered on the monitor while driving on the fwy.. I also informed Daniel, my phone Honda Link app showed 42 as the recommended PSI .Whereas, my car ahowed 45 in all 4 of my tires. The warning sign only cleared off after completing the "Relearning Tire Pressure" on the control settings. Daniel has explained, they'll check if its system/wiring issue or the tires itsef and the car shoudl be ready between 3-4 pm. Although, I'm grateful for the courtesy ride despite of being over the 6 mile radius to get a free uber rise home. By 4:30 pm, I called Daniel for an update & has confirmed the car is ready to be p/u but when I asked to confirm what the issue was, Daniel proceeded to say & asked "Have you taken your car to a gas station or added air to your tired b/c the tire pressure was too low,we just added air & now its all 42". When I arrived back to Honda, Daniel explained that they didn't need to so much, they just relearned the tire pressure again , "added"air b/c it was too low & all tires are now 42. I showed Daniel the Honda Link app onmy phone & refreshed in front of him to prove that my phone is in-sync with car & ITS still showing 45 PSIz Daniel started to answer me with "I really don't know, I'm not sure " & other answer like "There shouldnt be any problem & its okay if its just 2-3 more pressure added , just continue to monitor". As of this morning 8/15/25, the same warning sign showed up again. I waited & wasted 7 hrs for nothing and only to receive answers of "I Dont know, I'm really not sure".
