Wait 5-10 minutes to have one young male worker puts number and paper work on outside of the front window and my car is the only car there, not busy. Two standing male and three sitting male workers not all busy with customers. I ask them about service but just ask me to wait. What are these 5 workers sitting there for? Wait at least 15 minutes then Dane came in from cashier office direction to help.

Dennis checked everything and even noticed things I hadn’t and made sure everything was working properly. He is one of the main reason I get my car serviced at Goudy Honda rather than going to an independent service place. There is a very reputable service, Kerechek which is within walking distance to my home but I stick with Goudy.

My initial estimate at 45k was near $120.00. Upon inspection I needed much more work. Total cost was near$900.00. I should have better briefed about my total expected work and costs. In addition, I had to go back because they did not recalibrate the system after rotation of the tires and a warning light came on.
