Wilson exceeded my expectations. He has delivered the best customer service I have ever recieved from Honda. Although he was not my original service advisor, he picked up the pieces and delivered far exceeding my expectations. I had an appointment with Wilson Wednesday and had to leave my car overnight for inspections. He told me he'd be off Thursday but will follow up with my Friday. To my disbelief, I get communications from him on Thursday, his day off. I really needed my car back by the weekend but didnt have high hopes. Wilson was able to get my car back to me before that. It was ready for pick up Friday and everything was fixed to perfection. It is not commonplace to come across such a knowledgeable and dedicated individual.
